Attention, fellow fans of the Upside Down! If you're anything like me, you're still reeling from the latest season of Stranger Things. But here's something that'll make you feel like you're right there in Hawkins: WSQK The Squawk, a real-life radio station inspired by the show! And yes, you can actually listen to it.
Launched just before Stranger Things 5 Vol 1 hit our screens, WSQK The Squawk is your portal to a world of '80s nostalgia. Think non-stop bangers, power ballads, and all the retro vibes you can handle. The station is hosted by a crew of American DJs, including Vance Goodman and Mindy Flare, and features classic American-style ads that will transport you straight back to the fictional town of Hawkins.
But here's where it gets really interesting: The station isn't just about the music. WSQK The Squawk also includes fun segments like 'Rewind at 9: Turning Hawkins Upside Down', where songs are played backward to challenge your listening skills, and the resident Agony Aunt, 'Talk to Tammy'. You can even get a shout-out on air through 'Dial-A-Dedication'!
So, how do you tune in? Don't worry, it's easier than escaping a Demogorgon.
